Dr. Muhammad Naeem Butt is an Assistant Professor of Education and
Director Advanced Studies and Research in University of Peshawar.
Prior to this, he offered his services in Kohat University of Science
and Technology as Assistant Professor of Education and Director Institute of
Education and Research. Besides, he remained an ardent member of Senate,
Syndicate, Academic council, and ASRB at KUST.
Dr. Butt completed his M.Phil in 2008 in the field of Peace Education and earned
his PhD in 2011 with specialization in the area of Non-verbal Communication. In
2014, he attended TU Wein Austria for his Post-graduate work on Educational
Research and Fuzziness. In 2015, he received Fulbright Scholar Award and
completed his Post-doctorate from University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA.
He has received grants from Fulbright and HEC to conduct workshops in the field
of Education.
Dr. Butt has been publishing in quality research journals, both national and
international. He has also presented research work in various national and
international conferences. Currently he is supervising PhD and M.Phil scholars in
IER, University of Peshawar, in addition to supervised many. He is frequently
engaged by both Govt. and Non-Govt. organizations as a Resource Person.
