Dr. Aqsa Siddiq is an accomplished and highly qualified educator with a proven track record of excellence in teaching and research. She is a true leader in her field, having received her BBA and MBA degrees (both with Gold Medals) in Finance & Accounting (1997-2000), an MS in Management Sciences from IBMS, KP Agricultural University, Peshawar (2009) and a Ph.D. in Management Sciences (Specializing in Human Resource Management/Development) from the Islamia College (Chartered University) Peshawar in 2018 (PCD # 18700). Her doctoral dissertation, entitled "Strategic Leadership's Competitiveness in Healthcare System of Pakistan," showcases her expertise, research skills and dedication to her field. Throughout her academic career, she was a scholarship holder and sets an example of academic excellence.

With over 18 years of teaching and research experience at the graduate and post-graduate levels, Dr. Siddiq possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her publications are related to Human Resource Development, leadership, strategic management and more, demonstrating her research capabilities and contribution to the academia. Moreover, she has also gained academic and professional experience (both in public and private sectors) including head of department, coordinator, trainer and public/motivational speaker. Her diverse background in both academia and industry makes her unique and valuable.

Dr. Siddiq is a respected leader in her field, currently serving as a member of the Higher Education Commission's (HEC) National Curriculum Review Committee on Commerce and Business Management and also served on the Inspection Committee of the University of Peshawar for related assignments. Her excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate and manage events have made her a valuable asset to the college. She is a team player who can work efficiently with other departments and organizations.

Currently, she is serving the college as an Assistant Professor, teaching courses such as Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Governance, Strategic Management, Research Methods in Business etc. Furthermore, she is the Graduate Students Advisor (GSA) for the college, coordinating the MPHIL/PHD programs. Her ability to advise and mentor the graduate students is an added value. Dr. Siddiq's qualifications, experiences, and dedication to her students make her an ideal candidate for any academic institution looking to provide quality education to their students and achieve academic excellence.
