Instructions for Online Form Submission

Important Instructions to be followed before apply:

  1. In wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, all correspondence be made online or through post. As the University of Peshawar is closed, the candidates should avoid visiting the office.
  2. The regular candidates may collect their DMCs from their respective Colleges/Institutions.
  3. The DMCs of the private candidates have been sent through registered post on the candidates’ postal addresses. In case the same are not received within 15 days, office of the Controller of Examinations may be contacted through email ( or phone (091-9222262).
  4. The candidates whose results are late (RL) due to outstanding dues should deposit the same for early declaration of result, in any branch of Faysal Bank as per following details:

  5. The scanned copy of the Bank Receipt shall be sent to the Examination Section at the email address: mentioning the following particulars:
    Roll No. Name F/Name Program
  6. The original receipt shall also be sent through registered post to the Controller of Examinations.
  7. The candidates whose results are late (RL) due to shortage of documents should submit the required documents by post to the Controller of Examinations.
  8. The eligible Candidates should apply for re-checking/re-totaling online ( on prescribed form(s) available on the University website within 21 days of the declaration of result by submitting a fee of Rs.1450/- to be deposited in the Faysal Bank Account mentioned at Serial No. 04. It may be noted that only those candidates are eligible for re-checking, who have failed in any subject by not more than five percent of the total marks.
  9. The candidates reported as using unfair means (UFM) will be informed for appearing online before the Examination Discipline Committee on any date to be communicated later on.
  10. In case of migration from other University/ Board, the applicant must write Tracking ID on the back of the original migration certificate and be sent by postto the “Office of the Controller of Examinations, University of Peshawar, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ph: 091-9222262 -9222031".
