29th National & 17th International Chemistry Conference CHEMCON-2018

Objectives of the conference:

This conference will provide a platform for presentation and discussion on the main scientific achievements in chemistry and other disciplines of science, to establish contacts between young and seasoned scientists, chemical industries, and development and production activities. The sessions will be organized in arrange of formats, combining plenary sessions, panel discussions and poster sessions. There will be ample space for young researchers to present their work. Following are the basic objectives of the conference:

• Awareness of scientific and social communities about the role of chemical sciences and their contributions for welfare of society.
• To promote knowledge based policies for the chemical education and research.
• Development of strategies to overcome/minimize the major problems to the teachers and researchers in the field of chemical sciences.
• Opportunities for young researchers to interact with eminent and renowned national and international scientists.
• To establish linkage between national and international universities.

Call for Abstract:

Participants intending to present paper/poster are requested to send abstract (max. 250 words), title, authors’ name (name of presenting author underlined), affiliation, email and postal address along with duly filled registration form. The academic committee will decide the mode of presentation (Oral or Poster); the authors may, indicate their preference.

Tentative Agenda:

1. Plenary Lectures and Keynote lectures

On each conference day plenary lectures for an hour will be followed by technical sessions with one keynote lecture of 30 minutes each, delivered by Eminent Pakistani and Foreign researchers.

2. Oral Presentation

The keynote lectures will be followed by oral presentations. This presentation format will comprise of 10 minutes of individual presentation time and 5 minute of discussion/questions time moderated by the session chairperson.

3. Interactive Poster Presentation(Poster size 48?x48?)

Dedicated poster sessions will be scheduled in the conference program.
