Ms. Safia Zainab, Ph.D. Research Scholar has submitted thesis on "Challenges of Women Pursuing Higher Education for Career Development: A Case Study of Government Colleges District Bahawalpur, South Punjab" to the University of Peshawar, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology.
 
The oral examination (Public Defence) is scheduled to be held on January 14th, 2026 at 10.30 am in the Department of Sociology, University of Peshawar. The abstract of the thesis is attached herewith. All those interested in the said research work may participate in the event.
