In order to timely process verification of the submitted document(s), you are required to submit the following:

  1. Scanned copy of the document completed from University of Peshawar.
  2. Scanned copy of online payment in Faisal Bank Limited with the following details:
    1. Account # 0250-145-0000009
    2. Account Title = Examination Fee, University of Peshawar
    3. IBAN # PK26FAYS0002501450000009
    4. Swift Code # FAYSPKKA

  3. The detail of verification fee is as under:

    Name Fee
    Local verification of DMC Rs.1000.00 per copy
    Local verification of Degree   Rs.1450.00 per copy
    Foreign verification U.S Dollars 50 per document DMC/Degree

     

    Note: The verification of your document(s) will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the original Receipt of payment posted to the office of Controller of Examinations, University of Peshawar or submitted directly on the Examination General Counter, University of Peshawar. Once you submit the below Form, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you which contains the Tracking ID of your application. You must write your online Tracking ID on the back side of original receipt for timely processing.
