It is notified for the general information to all concerned departments/ institutions/ Centres/ Constituent Colleges/Schools who are interested in holding Seminar/Conference/Workshop /Training or Symposia at Bara Gali Summer Camp for the summer 2017, are requested to send their request on or before February 10, 2017 with the following detail;

1. Title of Seminar/Conference/Workshop/Training or Symposia
2. No. of Participant(Male and Female)
3. Date of arrival in Bara Gali Summer Camp
4. Duration of seminar
5. Date of departure from Bara Gali
6. Rs.50,000/- as Security Advance (Refundable/Adjustable)
