UOP inks "MoU" with Brains to garner tailor-made courses for institutional Capacity buildup


Peshawar: University of Peshawar and Brains institute has signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly made courses for teaching community for enhancing their skills and capacities in their organizational domains. The Vice chancellor University of Peshawar, Prof.Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan and rector Brains institute Zafar Ullah Khan signed the memorandum from respective institutions side .

Director Centre for Human Resource and Career Development Dr. Muhammad Rauf and Director CECOS School engagement program Sohail Anjum were also present on the occasion as respective focal persons.

Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Chancellor University of Peshawar admired the initiatives and hope that the partnership will result in the win-win situation for both the organizations. He envisioned that both organizations will work out for the demand driven expression of interests   and supply driven institutional capacities building.

Dierctor CHCRD, UoP said that his institute will work with Brians to prepare niche teaching and lesson planning modules for primary and secondary schools of the province in the spirit of public-private partnerships.

Rector Brains Zafar Ullah khan said that hailing UoP academic excellence, his institute is eyeing on establishing the Centre for Professionals   Excellence where certificates , diplomas awarding programs can lead to the degree awarding programs in the long run. He opined that today’s youth like to have short term courses for skills developments and professional  courses and this partnership will serve the requisite purpose.
