The research found that the source of income for most of the TGs is sex work, party dancing, beautician, designing, and some are also earning through driving. 

She found that the TGs demand a job share in nursing profession as this is comparatively the most respectable profession and source of income. TGs also showed concern about lack of respectable source of income in private sector along with highly ridiculous attitude of school teachers, students and in particular the police. 

Her thesis recommends sensitization of police regarding rights of the TGs and public-private partnership for creating more job opportunities for TGs. 

The research was highly appreciated by the external examiner who asked very tough questions from the scholar Gulnaz and received satisfactory answers.
