Applications are invited on prescribed Admission Form, obtainable on cash payment of Rs. 1000/-  from United Bank Limited (UBL) Campus Branch, University of Peshawar from 11.01.2022 for admission to BS and Associate Degree Programs in Health & Physical Education.

ELIGIBILITY : 

• F.A/F.Sc or Equivalent with at least 45% marks.

• Attested copies of the following documents must be attached with the admission form:
• Intermediate DMCs (F.A/F.Sc or Equivalent)
• Domicile Certificate
• Candidate’s CNIC
• Three attested passport size photographs
• Candidates applying for quota seats must attach relevant certificates in support of eligibility
