Bilal Shoukat successfully completed his PhD (Research  Based) and defended his dissertation titled " Intolerance among University Students of Pakistan: Analysis of Pedagogy adopted at University of Peshawar" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmad at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Peshawar. His degree was officially issued on 23rd August 2021, and he was formally awarded the degree during the convocation held on 30th October 2021.
