ANNUAL BS CONVOCATION – 2025

 

Convocation of the University of Peshawar for the BS Session-2018-2022 is scheduled to be held on 30th October, 2025 at 09:30 a.m in the Convocation Hall, University of Peshawar, wherein graduates will be awarded degrees in the disciplines of BS, MS/M.Phil, & Ph.D. All graduates of the BS Session 2018-2022 are required to register their names with the Degree Section at the office of the Controller of Examinations, University of Peshawar. Those graduates who have already received their Degrees/Gold Medals and are interested to participate in the ceremony are advised to return their Medals along with photocopies of the Degrees to the Degree Section in order to include their names in the final list.

 

Each graduate is required to submit a copy of final DMC/Transcript, two passport size photographs, Computerized National Identity Card and a receipt of Rs. 3500/- (as Convocation fee), deposited in favour of Treasurer University of Peshawar in any bank branch at the University Campus till 15th October, 2025. A full-dress rehearsal prior to the convocation ceremony would be held on 29th October, 2025 at 09:00 a.m. in the Convocation Hall, University of Peshawar, wherein attendance of all graduates is mandatory. Those who remain absent in the rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.

 

Gowns/Hoods & Caps can be obtained on rent of Rs. 500/- from the Academic Section/Counter adjacent to the Convocation Hall, University of Peshawar on 29th October, 2025 for which graduates have to submit Rs. 2000/- as security.
