Dr Muhammad Asfandyar Marwat, currently employed as a Lecturer at Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Peshawar, having PhD from Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Peshawar 2024 and Masters in International Relations from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad in 2010. Dr. Asfandyar joined IPCS in 2015 as member of the founding team to establish this Institute. He has also served as a visiting faculty at the department of International Relations , University of Peshawar. His research interest is in combating terrorism in merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, CPEC and Global Terrorism.
