Qualifications:

Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Experience:

10-years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.

OR

05-years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a Post­graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization

Minimum Number of Publications:

The Applicants must have 10 research publications (with at least 04 publications in last 05 years) in the journals recognized by HEC.

Associate Professor of Fine Art (BPS-20), Department of Art and Design

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution with 10-years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.

OR

05-years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a Post­graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization

OR

Master’s Degree (Foreign) or M.Phil OR equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institution with 12 years teaching/research experience with at least 04 years experience after the Master’s (Foreign) or equivalent degree in HEC recognized University or a postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.

Minimum Number of Publications:

Outstanding and substantial level of professional art activity (Demonstrated by participation in 6 exhibitions at national or international level with two or more than two new works in each exhibition or evidence of equal number of visual communication campaigns designed and published or equivalent work in any other discipline of Art and Design as specified in the research criteria.

Three Years Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering with three years relevant experience.

            Qualification:

 

Diploma of Associate Engineer in Computer Science/ IT / Electronics from Technical Board with at least 2nd division and 02 years networking experience OR F.Sc. from BISE with at least 2nd division and 02 years networking experience.

Taxidermist (BPS-11), Department of Zoology

            Qualification:

 

M.Sc. in Zoology in at least 2nd division from a recognized University or B.Sc. in Zoology in  at least 2nd division from a recognized University and three years relevant experience.

 

Note:     Age Limit for S.No.27 to 30 is 18 to 30.

 

Candidates are required to submit their application forms alongwith photocopies of complete documents duly attested i.e. one recent passport size photograph, National Identity Card (NADRA), Educational Testimonials, Domicile and Experience / Service Certificates etc. with a Bank receipt / draft (non-refundable) (Account No.6290-3, National Bank of Pakistan, University Campus Branch) of Rs.600/- for S.No.1-26 and Rs.400 for remaining positions in favour of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar and should reach the Meetings Section on or before 10th April,  2015.

 

The Applicants for the post of Associate Professor should also submit the following documents:

 

               i.      Four copies of the list of research publications showing names of publications and journals

              ii.      Four sets of reprints of the publications

            iii.      Four copies of complete bio-data and

            iv.      A Bank receipt or Bank Draft of Rs.4500/- (non-refundable) should be deposited in A/C No.7423-4 , United Bank Limited, University Campus Branch in favour of the Registrar, in addition to Rs.600/- to be deposited A/C No.6290-3 in the National Bank of Pakistan, University Campus in favour of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar.

 

In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate (s) from their concerned Departments/Institutions along with the application forms. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
