Frontier College for Women’s students visit Pakistan Study Centre

A delegation from Frontier College for Women Peshawar visited Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar. The delegation was led by Ms. Naheed Hussain, Assistant Professor. The delegation visited various parts of the Centre. At the end a Seminar was held with “Women Education and National Development” as its theme. Director Pakistan Study Centre Prof. Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam delivered his key note address. He said that educating a man is educating an individual. But educating a woman is educating a generation. He said that education not only inculcate civilizational values but also helps in eradicating poverty. He advised the young ladies to focus on their studies and avoid using of time wasting gadgets. The seminar was also attended by faculty and administrative staff of the Centre. At the end Ms. Naheed Hussain and students thanked the Director and other staff of the Centre for their care and hospitality.
