Pakistan Study Centres Peshawar and Karachi ink MoU

Pakistan Study Centre in the Universities of Peshawar and Karachi signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam, Director Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar and Prof Dr.  Anwar Shaheen, Director Pakistan Study Centre,  University of Karachi. Dr. Tahir Ali Shah, Director Academics Higher Education Commission Islamabad was also present on the occasion. Both the centres agreed on the following areas of cooperation:

  1. Extending every cooperation in academic and research activities.
  2. Both the Centres will exchange publications, proceedings of seminars/conferences, journals and other published material.
  3.  Keeping in view resources at our disposal, both the organizations will exchange Faculty and students or arrange their mutual study visits.
  4. Both the organizations will jointly arrange seminars, conferences, training programmes and other events of extracurricular activities.
  5. Both the Centres may add more activities to this Memorandum of  Understanding (MoU) and may amend it through mutual consultations

Dr. Tahir Ali Shah, Director Academics Higher Education Commission appreciated the move and said that HEC will encourage all efforts undertaken for mutual cooperation.
