Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens on prescribed form for the following position:

1) Professor on TTS (Molecular Nutrition)(One), Centre of Biotechnology & Microbiology

Qualification:

Ph.D./Relevant terminal qualification from a recognized and reputable Institution in the relevant field with either 11-years post-Ph.D./Relevant terminal degree or minimum of 7-years of post-Ph.D experience with at least 12-years of teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization prior to the Ph.D. plus 15 research publications in journals recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 publications in the past 5 years in Internationally Abstracted Journals, recognized for the purpose of appointment on Tenure Track by the Higher Education Commission.
Provided that the conditions of qualification, experience and research publication shall in no case be relaxed.

Candidates are required to submit their application forms along with photocopies of complete documents duly attested i.e. one recent passport size photograph, National Identity Card (NADRA), Educational Testimonials, Domicile and Experience / Service Certificates etc. with a Bank receipt / draft (non-refundable)(Account No.6290-3, National Bank of Pakistan, University Campus Branch) of Rs.2500/- in favour of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar and should reach the Meetings Section on or before 24th  November, 2017

The applicants should also submit the following:

1. Four copies of the list of research publications showing names of publications and journals,
2. Four sets of reprints of the publications
3. Four copies of complete bio-data and
4. A Bank draft / receipt of Rs.10000/- (non-refundable) in Account No.7423-4, United Bank Limited, University Campus Branch to be deposited in favour of the Registrar, University of Peshawar in addition to Rs.2500/-

In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate(s) from their concerned departments/institutions along with the application forms. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.

Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
