The University of Peshawar invites sealed technical & financial proposals for “Engineering Consultancy (Planning, Designing & Preparation of Bidding Documents) for the Construction of 4-Storey Building with approximate Covered Area of 34751 Sft” under the Project Titled “Establishment of Institute of Criminology & Forensic Sciences at University of Peshawar” from well reputed consulting firms, registered with FBR, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, Pakistan Engineering Council and Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (having valid licenses for the year 2017-18). Incase of JV both firms must have valid/up-to-date PEC License.

RFP Documents may be collected from the office of the undersigned upon submission of application on firms’ letter head along with original Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) in favour of the Project Director, Institute of Criminology & Forensic Sciences, University of Peshawar. 

Technical & Financial proposals should reach the undersigned by registered post/courier services in two separate sealed envelopes placed and sealed in one outer envelope up to 08.03.2018 up to 10:30 am. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day i.e. 08.03.2018 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room No.3, Administration Block, University of Peshawar in the presence of the bidders/their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of the technically qualified bidders will subsequently be opened in the presence of the technically qualified bidders/their authorized representatives for which date & time will be communicated to the bidders later on.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will also be held on 01.03.2018 at 11:00am in the Committee Room No.3, Administration Block, University of Peshawar regarding any clarifications / queries of prospective firms.

The University reserves the right to cancel all proposals or a part thereof, as per rules.
