General Guidelines for the Test

The test consists of three questions (two multiple choice questions and one subjective, essay-type question) as per the following detail: 

1.         Language:                             

            Questions: Objectives/MCQs       

            The candidates will be tested on vocabulary and grammar/ sentence structure.  

2.         Literature:

            Question: Subjective

            The candidates are required to write a critical appreciation of a poem.

Total marks: 50

Qualifying marks: 20

Test Duration: 60 Minutes
