Applicants must produce the following documents/requirements at the time of their interview:

Printed application form
Original bank receipt
Original relevant degree & DMC/Transcript with a photocopy
CNIC copy, 2 recent passport sized pictures (attested at the back) and domicile copy
Valid test scorecard as mentioned in advertisement
Service certificate (for university employees only)
Statement of purpose (around 250 words) for PhD applicants

Interview Timings: 10 AM till 2PM
