Ms Rabia Fayyaz defended her PhD dissertation titled “The Survivors of Political Violence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Trauma, Stress, Growth and Treatment Interventions” today at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS), University of Peshawar supervised by Prof Jamil Ahmad (Chitrali), Director of the Institute. Prof Maria Saifuddin Effendi Chairperson Department of Peace and Conflict Studies (PCS), National Defence University Islamabad was the external and Prof Sumiyya Ahmad Chairperson Department of Psychology University of Peshawar was the internal examiner. Prof Anwar Alam Dean Faculty of Social Sciences was also present beside Graduate Study Committee members, faculty members, Scholars and students Were the panel of Examiners.
