Public defence of Saeed Ahmad Ph. D scholar department of Political Science took place on 10th July 2017 at the department. He successfully defended his thesis entitled, “changing pattern of women politics in traditional society: a case study of district Mardan, Pakistan (2001-2014). Prof. Dr. Zahid Anwar of Political Science Department supervised him. The public defence was conducted after receiving all three positive reports from Australia, Romania and Pakistan. Prof. Dr. Fazal Rahim Marwat of Pakistan Study Centre was the internal examiner. A large number of scholars including Chairman and faculty of the department and Dean faculty of Social Sciences attended the event.
