Instructions for MS/Ph.D. Applicants:

These instructions are only guidelines for applicants to prepare for the Screening test.

  1. The test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from different subjects of Computer Science.
  2. The test can comprise of questions related to any subject of Computer Science. However, it should be expected that bulk of the questions will be from the fundamental courses taught at the Undergraduate Level. Typically these subjects include Operating Systems, Data Structures, Programming, Theory of Automata, Digital Logic Design, and Analysis of Algorithms. A smaller portion of the test will also include questions from specialized courses such as Database Systems, Networking, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering and Web Technologies.
  3. On the day of the Screening test, please bring Your Roll No./Form Receipt and your Identity Card. Failing to do so, the candidate will not be allowed to sit in the test.
