Admissions are open to F.A/F.Sc. 1st Year for the session 2020-21 at Hakeem Abdul Jalil Nadvi University College for Boys, University of Peshawar as per schedule below. The interested candidates shall submit Online Admission Forms at the University website http://admissions.uop.edu.pk:1000

ELIGIBILITY:   

Those candidates who have acquired 45% marks in SSC Annual Examination 2020 or Supplementary 2019 from any Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education with Science are eligible for admission.

MOST IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

APPLICATION

  1. The interested candidates shall submit Online Admission Applications at the University website http://admissions.uop.edu.pk:1000
  2. The Applicants will be required to send the original bank slip and copy of printed online admission form to the concerned college by post/courier on or before the deadline.
  3. In view of COVID-19 and pursuance of government directives issued from time to time, the above-mentioned documents will be accepted only through post/courier.
  4. Incomplete application shall not be accepted.
  5. All the candidates are instructed to apply for admission well in time without waiting for the last date in order to reduce the burden on online admission portal/website.
  6. No printed Prospectus or Admission Application Form will be issued. The candidates are required to apply online as per procedure mentioned below.
  7. Corrections, if any, in the online admission form will be made through email ucb@uop.edu.pk before the date of provisional merit list i.e. 12.08.2020. No, correction will be made once the merit lists is generated.

MERIT LIST & INTERVIEW

  1. The merit will be determined purely on the marks obtained in Matric exam.
  2. The College will prepare and post Provisional Merit List. After allowing for complaints redressals, Final Merit List will be posted at the Website.
  3. Candidates on the Final Merit List must appear for submission of fee and their documents on the given dates and should produce all the original documents along with three passport size photographs. If the candidate fails to do so, he will lose his chance of admission.
  4. Admitted students (other than Peshawar Board) are to submit their Migration Certificate on the day of interview. If not submitted on time they will not be registered with Peshawar Board.
  5. No revised DMC will be accepted.
  6. All such admission will be offered provisionally, leading to obtain the status of regular admission, subject to the verification of all relevant documents and fulfillment of University of Peshawar admission policy / regulations.
  7. In case of providing wrong information or concealment of fact by the candidate his admissions will be cancelled and the same will be offered to next candidate on merit.
  8. The specimen of Affidavit given on https://admissions.uop.edu.pk:1000 must be attested by an Oath Commissioner on stamp paper of Rs: 100/- and must be attached with admission form.
  9. One seat in each discipline is reserved for each province (other than KPK).
  10. NADRA registered Afghan citizens have 5 seats reserved for them. They shall be charged normal fee as mentioned in Prospectus.
  11. Foreign students on a student visa shall be given admission according to the rules of University of Peshawar stated as Foreign Student Admission Rules.

How to Apply:

  1. Visit http://admissions.uop.edu.pk:1000
  2. Click SIGNUP to create your account.
  3. After creating your account:
  4. Complete your Personal Profile by clicking given link on your account page
  5. Complete your Academic Profile by clicking given link on your account page
  6. Once your Profiles are created, fill-in online admission request by using link at your account page.
  7. Click the Submit button to submit your online admission request.
  8. After submission of application, print the application and payment voucher.
  9. Pay the Application Processing Fee through printed Voucher in any United Bank Limited Branch.
  10. Printed Application along with paid voucher shall be submitted to Hakeem Abdul Jalil Nadvi University College for Boys, University of Peshawar by post/courier on or before the deadline.
