Positions Vacant: Treasurer (BPS-20), Controller of Examinations (BPS-20), Internal Auditor (BPS-18)
Applications are invited from Pakistani Citizens through the Online Job Portal on the Official University website (http://www.uop.edu.pk) for initial recruitment/appointment to the following tenure positions in the University of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The appointments shall be made under the CP Fund Scheme and shall be on tenure basis for a period of three (03) years, renewable in accordance with the prescribed rules/policy of the University.

The applicant shall apply for the advertised post(s) online or on the prescribed application form, which can be downloaded from the University's website (www.uop.edu.pk). The application must be accompanied with the prescribed non-refundable processing fee payable in the form of a bank challan, or online transfer in favour of the Treasurer.
The applicant shall submit attested copies of all degrees, diplomas, certificate etc. with a recent passport-size photograph.
The candidate serving in the Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Institutions shall route his application through proper channel and must provide No Objection Certificate from the employer before the closing date of application.
If a candidate who applied after obtaining and NOC from his parent department/institution is, in the meantime, selected by another department, institution, or university during the selection process, he must immediately submit a new NOC from his new employer.
The application, along with all the aforementioned attachments, must reach the Office of the Registrar by the prescribed deadline mentioned in the advertisement. In case of public holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for submission of application. The University will not be liable if application form is received after the deadline, regardless of the cause of the delay. This includes delay due to postal services, courier companies, or any other external factors.
Non-payment of the prescribed fee within the due time will render the application incomplete and it will not be processed further.
An individual who has been dismissed by a university, government department, autonomous body, or semi-government organization will not be considered for appointment against any advertised post.
A candidate having a Foreign Degree/Certificate shall provide an Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC before the closing date of application, as the case may be.
Incomplete application or application received after the closing date will not be entertained. A candidate applying for more than one position must submit separate applications for each, along with complete documents and the required processing fee.
Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates issued by the HEC recognized Universities/Institutions and Government recognized Boards will be acceptable.
Only eligible candidates will be called for the test, where applicable; further, shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview as per the university rules.
Legal action will be taken if any document is found fake.
Merit for selection will be determined as per the University of Peshawar's relevant rules.
Errors/Omissions (if any) by the University are liable for rectification.

No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview
CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will not be considered as first division.
The University reserves the right to leave any post unfilled, or withhold or withdraw the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
Candidates are required to deposit receipt of National Bank of Pakistan, University Campus Branch of Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) for BPS-18 and R.2500/- (non-refundable) for BPS-20 in favour of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar. The same should reach to the Registrar office/Meetings Section, University of Peshawar on or before 05.08.2026
