Research Interest:  I am interested in using Tertiary sedimentary record of the Indus Basin as an archive of the early Himalayan evolution and its related effect over the quaternary climate and drainage development. I utilize the sedimentary record to understand the tectonic controls over the development of sedimentary basins. I am also interested in using geological field, seismicity, geomorphometric indices and InSAR data to decipher the kinematics and neotectonic activity of the active faults in the evolving orogenic belts and their effect over the landscape evolution.
