Ph.D , University of Peshawar (2006) in Human Development. Studies
Research Interest:  My broad research interests are related to Home Economics, I strongly believe that it has an extremely important place in our educational system today. No other academic discipline incorporates in its curriculum as many pertinent life skills that will help students succeed independent of their chosen career paths. My special area of specialization is in Human Development and Family Studies because our developmental patterns, families and social identities are another important research area in not only in field Home Economic but also in Psychology. How do people come to know and understand themselves? How do these self-perceptions affect their family and social interactions? As an social psychologists and Home Economist i am interested in learning more about how this inner life influences our outer lives and social world. I believe that self-awareness, self-esteem and self-expression are just a few of the factors that influence our family and social experience. Furthermore as a researcher I am interested in quantitative research because it asks broad questions and collects word data from participants. Quantitative psychology includes research and development in a number of broad areas: measurement, research design and statistical analysis, as well as mathematical and statistical modeling of psychological processes. Within each of these areas, quantitative psychologists develop new methodologies; they also evaluate existing methodologies to examine their behavior under conditions that exist in psychological data (e.g., with small samples). This work supports the substantive research of all areas within Psychology.
