The Finance and Planning Committee of the University of Peshawar consist of:
- The Vice-Chancellor (Chairperson);
- A representative of the Higher Education Commission (HEC);
- One member each of the Syndicate and the Senate to be appointed by the Syndicate and the Senate respectively;
- The Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of an Additional Secretary;
- The Secretary to Government, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of an Additional Secretary;
- The Director P & D;
- The Director Finance/ Treasurer (Secretary).
